Getting started
Workspace overview
WeldSuite is a workspace for your team — one login, many apps, shared data where it makes sense.
What a workspace is
A workspace is your organization's home in WeldSuite. Everyone on your team belongs to one workspace (or several, if you work with multiple companies). Inside a workspace you:
- Install the apps your team needs from the App Store
- Share contacts, files, and conversations according to permissions
- Manage billing and settings in one place
You switch workspaces from the account menu if you belong to more than one.
How navigation works
WeldSuite uses a consistent layout across apps:
- App rail (far left) — icons for each installed app. Click one to switch modules.
- Module sidebar — navigation specific to the app you are in (for example Domains in WeldHost or Inbox in WeldMail).
- Main content — lists, detail panels, and editors for the task at hand.
- Header — search, notifications, calendar, and the assistant panel.
Many apps open records in a side panel so you can read a contact or domain without leaving the list you were on.
Where to start
