WeldMail

WeldMail brings your team email into WeldSuite — read, reply, and organize without leaving the platform.

What you can do

• Connect Gmail, Microsoft, or other accounts per user
• Read a unified inbox or switch between connected accounts
• Compose, reply, forward, and schedule messages
• Organize with labels, stars, archive, snooze, and trash
• See CRM context when WeldCRM is installed (contact side panel)

Folders in the sidebar include Inbox, Starred, Sent, Drafts, Scheduled, Snoozed, Archive, and Trash. Custom labels appear below system folders.

Common workflows

Account connection is managed in Settings → WeldMail for admins; each user connects their own mailbox.
